Michael Gallant designed his way in.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management from Memorial University and a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Holland College, Michael brings an uncommon precision to his role as lead photographer at Rossatech Studio. But there’s more to his story than technical expertise. He’s always been drawn to how things work—the mechanisms beneath the surface that make beauty possible.

“Rossa” means red in Italian, a fitting name for a studio inspired by architectural design, the passionate curves of Ferrari, and the elegance of classic Italian styling.


 

It’s also a philosophy—where human creativity and technical mastery converge.
 

“When someone truly masters the tools of their trade—whether in sport, music, design, or photography—they become one with the craft,” Michael explains.
“That’s how I approach working behind the camera.”

Years of self-directed study, experimentation with light, and analysis of the masters led Michael to Jerry Ghionis, whose teachings articulated what he’d always believed:
every photograph is a problem waiting to be solved, and every subject deserves to be seen, heard, loved, and respected.

“People want to be seen—and not only on the surface,” he says.
“My job is to reveal what lies beneath.”
